Youth World Associates

Because Youth Leaders around the world quit working with kids for 2 reasons:

1. They don't know what to do
2. They burn out or they do too much

We know that kids need long-term, lasting relationships with significant youth leaders who want to invest in their lives and point them towards Jesus Christ.

At Youth World International, since 1994, we've seen the needs of youth workers and have helped them have a lasting impact into the lives of millions of young people in Latin America and beyond. We want to continue to do this!

We are looking for 250 people who want to partner with Youth World in training leaders as ministry Associates. These 250 people help sponsor the training of 1 leader for $10 a month, or $120 a year.

$10 a month provides:

• Strategic Training
  Training the equips them to lead young people and respond to the
  pressing needs facing kids and families today
  
• Quality Resources
  Access to resources in their own language that can be used to
  encourage, equip and challenge them in their personal relationship
  with the Lord and their ministry
  
• Relationship & Community
  Everybody wants to belong to something bigger. We create a
  global network of youth workers that are all working in the lives
  of young people: different nations, different nations, One God.
  
• Mentoring & Coaching
  We are committed to not only training & equipping, but to walking
  with leaders for the long haul. We want to help them adapt and
  apply all they have learned to their own situation.

Youth World accomplishes this through a variety of methods:
Youth Workers Network Meetings, National Conventions, Resource Development and Sales, Counseling & Mentoring One on One, Leadership Retreats, the International Summit, Teaching & Training in Seminaries & Universities, and Relationship Building with Leaders.
