The Clines
Russ and Gina Cline moved to Quito, Ecuador on August 1st, 1994 to launch
Youth World International. They met at Azusa Pacific University and youth
pastored in Southern California for 9 years prior to moving to Ecuador.
The Clines have 3 children: Rheanna (19), Riley (16) and Raylin (12).
Rheanna attends Azusa Pacific University in the Los Angeles area, and Riley
and Raylin attend Alliance Academy International in Quito.
Russ and Gina continue to be a part of the Youth World Team and Ministry,
but in 2006 they launched Leader Mundial as an independent organization
focusing on the training, resourcing and coaching of leaders around the
world. The mission of Leader Mundial is "To Help Leaders and Organizations
Position Themselves for Greater Global Impact". Currently we are working
with 18 leaders around the world and doing projects with 7 different
organizations.
Leader Mundial has a strategic partnership with Youth World International
and the Clines continue to serve and live in Quito, Ecuador.
