Daniel Klassen
Short Term Teams Department/PR
Daniel grew up in Ecuador and attended the Alliance Academy as a student. His parents were missionaries with the C&MA in Peru and he grew up in the Alliance Dorm. He graduated in 2003 and moved to Calgary, Canada to study Civil Engineering Technology. After a year he moved to Norway to attend an outdoor life school with a major in mountaineering.
In 2005 he began two one-year internships, first at El Refugio in the programs department and then in the Chaplain's office of the Alliance Academy with Expat.
He is full-time now with a dual job description: He is Youth World's photographer and he works in the Short Term Teams department helping develop and run Adventure Missions.
