TRAINING 
We are committed to providing quality training events to national youth leaders.  We do this through our annual youth workers conference, as well as a number of one day events.  We also provide custom training events to various  denominations, seminaries, and church groups.

RESOURCES
We want to keep the best resources in youth ministry available to the leaders we work with.  We are continuallylooking for new materials in Spanish that we can make available.  We look for books on youth ministry, creative programming & ministry in general.  We also look for music & video resources to stock in our store.

REPRESENTATION
We want to be available to youth leaders in Ecuador.  We are available for consulting, speaking, programming, and anything else we can do for the local church

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We want to help build national leaders for this country We seek to encourage national leaders by providing training & support to them & their ministry.  We are committed to national leadership development and when we have the opportunity, national leaders are in front.
