Phil and Elizabeth work with Youth World in Quito.

Phil and Elizabeth have been in Quito since February 1999. They work primarily with Youth World's Expatriate and Quito Quest Ministries. Prior to joining Youth World, they served in youth ministry in California for more than 10 years and bring with them a rich heritage of youth ministry and missions experience.
