The International Center

YOUTH WORLD ADMINISTRATION
For ministry to take place, there needs to be an administrative structure serving as the foundation. We are committed to building this foundation in the form of the Youth World International Center. The center provides:

STAFF DEVELOPMENT & LEADERSHIP
We are committed to helping our team members by freeing them up for ministry. We do recruitment, training, & the ongoing accountability & encouragement of our staff team. We also are committed to an intern program, giving people an opportunity to do international ministry for a given period of time.
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
We are committed to raising the finances needed to fund our growing ministry. We manage the expanding budget, have developed a financial partnership program, and are approaching organizations and foundations to partner with our ministry.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
We provide & manage an office in Quito. This office serves as the team headquarters for our ministry. We provide phones, internet service, and all of the needed support team members need.
REPRESENTATION
We are committed to building a team of people that regularly pray for our ministry as well as give financially. We feel it's important to continually expand our "web" of partners through a newsletter, web page, and speaking at youth conferences & individual churches.
ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Youth World is a ministry of International Teams & The National Institute of Youth Ministry. We seek to serve these two organizations by representing them in this part of Latin America, as well as in any opportunities we may have in other parts of the world. We are deeply committed to the vision & purpose of these 2 organizations and we seek to carry out their ministry in Latin America.
