Woody Roland, along with his wife Susan, serves as the Latin America Regional Director for International Teams, overseeing missionaries working with Youth World, as well as teams serving in Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras and Mexico.
Woody and Susan lived and worked in La Paz, Bolivia, for 12 years, where all three of their daughters were born. They currently live in Costa Rica, where they have resided for the past 7 years.
Their oldest daughter, Norma, lives in Canada with her husband, Howard, and two children. The middle daughter Krista serves with her husband, Chris, as a missionary with International Teams. Their youngest daughter, Kari, is currently a university student at Olivet Nazarene University.
