Santi is a youth pastor called and impacted by a powerful Baptist ministry 15 years ago. He is 32. He has a burden for the volunteers doing youth work in Latin America. As a preacher and disciple-maker, he longs to see a new generation of paid and honored youth pastors, and to see them network to build a Latin American focused youth ministry philosophy.

Anne Lise is a journalist for Christian magazines in Norway. She has a special call for serving the poor, starting deaconal self-sustained projects to improve their limited life conditions.
